Return and refund

1. Introduction

At Alie Highlights, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy every product you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund policy.

This policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, some products (e.g., opened writing instruments or used notebooks) cannot be returned. Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  3. Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you still experience issues, please reach out to our team.


8. Exchange Policy

We currently allow product exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For other cases, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.
